Since 2015, I have been a professional attorney-in-fact. I practice as an advocate. Initially, I was registered on the list of legal counsels. I handle civil cases (in particular debt collection, family law matters, and real estate law), commercial law (broadly understood business legal services), criminal cases (including white-collar crime), and labor law. How an E-commerce Entrepreneur in Poland Avoided Risks and Protected His Business Through Legal Support
In early 2024, I was contacted by the owner of a small e-commerce business operating in Poland. Following an increase in revenue, team expansion, and entry into new markets, he began to have concerns about potential financial risks, including: claims from contractors, currency fluctuations, the possibility of debt accumulation, and the lack of a personal financial “safety net.”

- Asset protection strategy. Amendments were made to the company’s articles to limit subsidiary liability. A plan was prepared to transfer part of the assets to a separate legal entity — a newly established Sp. z o.o.
- Contractual risk management system. Contract templates were updated to include arbitration clauses and liability limitations. A return policy and public offer were introduced in accordance with Polish and EU law.
- Personal legal protection. The client received legal advice on marital property division and signed a separate property agreement. Professional liability insurance was arranged, and an IKZE (Individual Retirement Security Account) was opened.
