Sp. z o.o. Registration in Poland — How a Ukrainian Entrepreneur Entered the EU Market in 3 Weeks
In early 2024, a Ukrainian entrepreneur approached me with the goal of registering a limited liability company (Sp. z o.o.) in Poland. The aim was to launch a logistics business and subsequently apply for a residence permit. The client had no previous experience in running a business in the EU and required comprehensive legal support at all stages.
At the time of the request, the client did not have a legal address, founding documents, understanding of the Polish tax system, or knowledge of immigration procedures. Additionally, he planned to manage everything remotely and wanted to avoid traveling until the registration was completed.

- Obtaining NIP, REGON, and Opening a Bank Account. After registration, the tax and statistical numbers were obtained. A corporate bank account was opened in a Polish bank without the client’s personal visit.
