Перевірити компанію можна в Національному Судовому Реєстрі Польщі (krs-online.com.pl) та в польському Національному урядовому реєстрі суб'єктів національної економіки (stat.gov.pl/regon). Якщо ви влаштовуєтеся на роботу в Польщі через компанію-посередника (агентство з працевлаштування), то таку компанію можливо перевірити через базу KRAZ. Обов’язково треба укласти письмовий договір із роботодавцем. Найкраще укладати Umowu o pracę, який гарантує захист працівника. Завжди слід читати умови договору перед його підписанням. Щодо питань законності працевлаштування в Польщі українці можуть звернутися за консультацією до Державної Інспекції Праці на українськомовну лінію за телефоном +48 22 111 35 88 (від понеділка до п'ятницям від 9:00 до 15:00).
