- EU citizens, citizens of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, or family members of EU citizens residing in Poland with a permanent residence permit or long-term EU resident status

- Purpose and planned duration of the foreigner's stay in Poland
- Proof that the inviting person has sufficient financial resources to support the foreigner in Poland
