Recently, our team was asked a question: “Працюю в Любліні і мене звільнили просто так ( сказали що я вкрав гроші зькаси магазину), свою роботу виконував нормально, справді нічого не крав. Гроші з мене не знімали за видуману крадіжку але сам факт що мене звільнили. Є договір трудовий. Що тут можна вдіяти?”

Можемо допомогти звернутися до Інспекції праці в Любліні. Якщо є трудовий договір, маж бути підстава звільнення. Якщо власник обрав звільнення на основі крадіжки - він мав представити вам докази, чи звернутися в поліцію. Інакше звільнення незаконне.
