Check for presence of license, medical and psychological certificates.

Stage 4: Submission to GITD

Notary's actions:

The notary does not directly submit documents to GITD - this is the client's or service provider's responsibility.

For reference: GITD processes documents within ~14 days (up to one month) if error-free; allows 7 days for corrections if deficiencies are found.

Notary fees: Not applicable - this stage is free when submitting independently.
